Help for Linnea (lady fade)

Hi everyone,

I'm Josh, Linneas ex husband.

This woman, is one of the most caring and amazing people I have ever known, and probably will ever know. She has helped me through the darkest time in my life, even after we divorced, and now, I have to do something to help her.

She is too proud to ask for help, but i'm not, and I need the tattoo community and beyond to give what they can to help her through this period.

So, 2 years ago, Linnea had elective surgery to remove her implants which were causing her pain and discomfort, after finding a doctor she believed at the time was one of the best in the country, we booked and paid for the surgery.

The surgery for the removal went great, however, when i picked her up from the hospital, she was complaining that her arm/shoulder was hurting and couldnt move it, this leads to the surgeon having to google 'how to put in a dislocated shoulder'.

This should never have happened, we still dont know how it did, apart from the doctor blaming the anaesthesiologist putting her in the wrong position when putting her to sleep.

Fast forward 18 months, chronic pain, limited mobility and many visits to swedens doctors, they found out that the tendon for her bicep has been snapped and it has not been connected the whole time. She has already had 2 surgeries to try help and is scheduled for a 3rd this summer. However, the issues will never fully go away, just limit the pain and hopefully bring back some movement.

Throughout this, she has been seeking council from lawyers and insurance for compensation, but thats led no where, the system here is fucking bullshit. We cannot sue the doctor, the insurance company is a joke and has paid out a laughable ammount, 12000kr (€1000) for 22 months of pain and suffering. She is unable to work full time due to the pain and the regular surgeries.

The lawyer we have found who is willing to take the case against the surgery and doctor has said that they have to wait 1 year after the final surgery, so until that time, we are basically stuck.

With the final surgery coming up they told her she needs 4 months off after to recover, but she said she will have to go back 1 month after otherwise she will go bankrupt.

She needs this 4 months to allow the surgery to work as well as possible, she needs money for rent for home and the shop, and for living expenses.
