Hi, my name is Lindsay Fallis and I will be having brain surgery on April 20th due to a brain disorder called Chiari Malformation.

To define in the simplest terms, my brain has fallen into my spinal cavity. At this point, it has bruised my spinal cord too. The surgery is to push the brain tonsils back up into the brain and remove a piece of my skull to give my brain more room.

I have suffered from the symptoms since I was 18 years old and within the past year the symptoms had begun to be debilitating. The pain in my head, face, arms and back is a constant indescribable pain with no relief from pain medications. I have difficulty processing information, memory loss, speaking, coordination. Because of chiari malformation, I have missed out on family and friend functions. It's stopped me in my tracks to having a family and successful career. And now, it's prevented me from working entirely.

Ive been behind on all bills and have exhausted all other forms of income. Most terrifying though, in April my health insurance will expire and I will have to pay the entire premium.

I hate asking for support, but without it I fear I'll be unable to have the surgery and continue aftercare until I'm able to return to work, along with keeping up to date on some of my bills. I'm asking for any help you can provide whether that be financial, prayer or good vibes.
