Hello family and friends, I come to you humbly on behalf of my best friend/sister Knina Smith. She is fighting colon cancer and she needs help with money for her medication because she has no health insurance right now. Her new health insurance will be available to her in about a month or two but in the mean time her chemotherapy treatment has stopped due to her not having insurance. She is a single mother trying to survive and beat this awful disease and take care of her daughter. She's strong and doing the best she can but sometimes the strongest need help ....this is part of a recent post on her Facebook from her below......
"Soooo I did one round of intravenous chemo and 2 rounds of chemo via a pill. Just now I was told due to lack of the appropriate insurance I can no longer receive either. Is it a blessing in disguise? I've been told my cancer will come back....stressing tf out of me".....
Once again this is a temporary need/necessity for her to help her with the medication/ chemotherapy she needs to try to beat this ugly thing we call cancer. Anything you give will be greatly appreciated by her and her family.
