Hi, my name is Lauren Kirk and I'm starting this GoFundMe for my beautiful cousin, Julie Sam's Family and children. Julie was diagnosed with Covid-19 around mid July of this year 2021. She ended up in the ICU for over a month and eventually was put on a ventilator and ended up tragically leaving us on August 25, 2021 at the young age of 35. Julie leaves behind four amazing children, Ryan age 17, Josh age 13, Jake age 9 and Avary age 7.

Anyone who knew Julie knew she literally lived and breathed for her children. Baseball, cheer, football, music, ROTC, pageants.. anything those children wished for she made happen. She fought hard to try and get back home to her kids and one of her final requests before going on the ventilator was for everyone to love on, to pray on and to comfort her kids like she would have. Julie's husband Andrew works full time so Julie was caregiver for the kids day in and day out. With her tragic and sudden death the family is left picking up the pieces and figuring out how to live life without their wife/mother.
