Help for Josh’s Healing

My brother Josh is currently in ICU fighting a brain infection. He has spent the last week in the hospital and ICU. The brain infection has caused major swelling in his brain is causing seizures. He is intubated and has been on a ventilator since Monday.

They are continuing to give him antibiotics & even attempted to wake him yesterday. Unfortunately he continues to have seizures & is being transferred to Mass General to see a Seizure specialist. 

Josh is a very hard worker who works for Urban Tree Service & loves being up in trees, unfortunately it’s going to be a very long time until he’s able to get back to work again. Once he is awake & they can get the infection under control..he’s going to have to focus on healing. We won’t know the full extent of the damage until he’s awake, obviously we are praying for none..but there could be long term damage & a very long recovery ahead.

The last thing Josh should have to worry about is how he’s going to pay his bills, rent & support his beautiful daughter Sawyer.

We will do our best to update all of his family & friends with his progress once he wakes up.
