“You never know how STRONG  you are until being STRONG is the only chance you have”

We are facing anxiety and uncertainty all around the world. Times like this we should all be
working and doing our part in protecting one another.  Our hope for everyone is to be safe.

The reality of life is that when worldwide matters like the Coronavirus hit all parts of the world we still have to deal with our everyday life. And that is different for everyone. This is an unprecedented time for all of us. That is why creating a GoFundMe page on a Saturday night with all that is going on in the world was the last thing I thought I would be doing. But this is my life. My wife Joan’s life. Her mom’s life. And all of Jose Andres’ friends and family’s life right now. 

My wife Joan is currently in Guam and will have been there almost 2 weeks now. Her brother was experiencing chest pains and admitted himself into the Emergency room. It was determined he had a torn artery in his heart. He was not doing good and the family had asked her to go home.

Jose’s condition is very fluid and changing daily. Our hope is that he can get the procedure he needs. They are currently on standby for Medevac to the Philippines. This pandemic is preventing him from getting the help he needs. Manila is on lockdown and with each day that passes is another day of struggle for him. He is facing a lot of obstacles but we are keeping faith and hope that he can overcome this. We are going to be strong and do what we can for him. And this is part of it. We are again understanding of what is happening in the world right now and just wanted to reach out and share what is happening in ours.
