We are half way there and I want to personally thank all who have donated to our cause! To all that are visiting this page, we simply ask that you consider donating at least $5.00 to assist us in meeting our goal. All of the funds raised are being used to build wooden homes for the orphaned children. Our deadline for donations is November 2nd.
I am going to El Salvador with my mission group, November 3rd - 11th, 2018. This is my first missions trip and I'm really looking forward to feeding & sheltering the children. Seventeen percent of children under the age of five suffer from chronic malnutrition & live in crude living conditions. In rural areas, the percentage can be as high as 40 percent. More than half a million Salvadorans live on less than $2 a day, making it very difficult to buy food with proper nutrition. Many youth in rural areas live in poverty and choose to migrate rather than stay in a harsh cycle of poverty or join a gang. Most houses are made of mud or adobe bricks and the roof is usually straw. With your help, we can make a major impact on their lives! Please consider donating, by giving, you shall receive!
While there, we will be ministering to the people so they may come to know our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.
