Joe McGuigan needs a heart transplant. He`s had problems with his heart from birth. He is now in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He may be there for quite some time. He and his Fiance and two small children need our help. His Fiance Jessica Ghanem, and his kids have to travel 2 hours to see him. Joe cannot work. Everyone who knows them knows they are a good loving family. We have to help. Joe was born and raised in the Wissinoming section of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He is one of us.
