Helping Craig's family

The world lost an authentic and bright soul this past weekend when Craig Merlino died.  He was a friend to so many, a dad to 3 glorious children, and a husband to the most amazing woman I know, Jilly.  His struggles were unsurmountable and, in the end, he was unable to overcome his daemons.  He left behind a grieving, financially burdened family and unbelievable sadness.

Jill has been my dear friend for 30 years now.  Many of you know that she is the most loyal of friends and dedicated mom.  She is a hard worker and her willingness to do what is needed to take care of her family is inspiring.  At times, this has meant walking to and from the grocery store with bags of groceries in tow on the return trip or taking the family's laundry to the local laundromat (walking again).  Anyone who knows their children knows that they are delightful, respectful, passionate, truly amazing individuals .   Their middle child, Nola, even went on a mission trip to Honduras this summer.  These are top-notch kiddos!

Many of you have asked how you can help Jill and the kids.  I have started a go fund me account for Jill to pay the bills and for Johanna, Nola and Dylan's college funds.  Craig was brilliant, Jill is brilliant and these kids are brilliant.  We would like to see them realize their dreams.  Any donations, prayers and love would be appreciated.  let's show our love and support.
