Help Jennifer after the loss of her son

My name is Erin and I’m in Portland, Oregon. Our family is navigating a great sadness. Saturday morning, my nephew, Alex, passed away, quite suddenly of unknown illness, leaving behind in the home his mother, Jennifer, and younger sister, Twilight. Since Alex's father, David, passed away when he was 5, my sister Jennifer has managed his care alone for these past 19 years. His Classic autism left him unable to speak and communicate, incontinent and with extreme difficulties with diet. Jennifer has always been there for Alex and Twilight and was proud to announce whenever a tiny breakthrough came. Alex did not have life insurance and a large part of the family income was his monthly disability/social security. Final expenses are adding up quickly and rent will be due again, soon. My hope is to raise money to cover expenses for the next several months to allow the family space to grieve and make a plan to stay in their current dwelling as the local rental market is very competitive and expensive and their income is changing rapidly.
