Help for Jennifer Hill and Family
Doação protegida
On December 10th, my sister Jennifer was found unresponsive after a heart attack at her work. Though life saving actions were performed and her heart was restarted, she unfortunately never regained consciousness. Once arriving at the local hospital, she was stabilized for transfer and sent to Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City to the ICU where they declared that she had no brain activity. We have exhausted all options for her recovery. She will need to be taken off life support, her organs will be donated, and she will be cremated so the family can always keep her with them.
The family had only recently started a new life in Oklahoma after making the long move from Illinois in an attempt to find better opportunities. Both Jennifer and Jake worked hard to set up a better life for themselves and the kids, and held jobs that they actually enjoyed. The kids, Faith (14), Hunter (12), Kolton (9), Axle (7), and Paisley (5) found themselves in great schools that they love, and the family had just begun to flourish in their new home.
Jennifer leaves behind those 5 children who are completely devastated and lost without their mother. She was their world, their rock, and their biggest fan. She loved them beyond measure. It truly breaks my heart to know that these children will have a lifetime ahead of them without her.
In addition to her children, her husband Jake mourns the loss of his best friend, and now carries the weight of a single father of 5. Going from two incomes and still just scraping by to down to just one is an unimaginable feat. I hope to use funds to help them stay afloat until a nest egg of his own doing can be secured.
This gofundme will provide the funds for her cremation/memorial. Any remaining funds will be placed into accounts/trusts for the care and future of her children, as well as to provide short term and long term financial stability with rent, utilities, and food. Her biggest goal in life was to make sure her children were taken care of, and I will do my best to assure her final wishes are kept. I hope to be able to set them up for future success in whatever way I can.
Please find it in your hearts to help the family after this heartbreaking loss.
