Greetings, My name is Rahsaan. Unfortunately in June of 2023 my now 16 year old daughter Jennah was diagnosed with stage 3 osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Jennah has maintained a positive attitude and shown unimaginable strength in these trying times. Her resilience has been nothing short of amazing. After her 1st chemotherapy cycle and major reconstructive surgery, Jennah (God willing) is on the road to recovery. 3 more months of chemotherapy followed by months of physical therapy and then hopefully she can close this chapter and move on to a happy, productive and fulfilling life. Unfortunately this experience has not only been taxing mentally and psychologically but also financially. Jennah is a gifted 11th grade student who attends Providence Day School in charlotte, she maintains an above 4.0 average and is currently taking 3 AP courses even while fighting cancer. She will begin college having already earned multiple college credits because she likes to point out that she doesn't have cancer in her brain. Just another credit to her resolve. Any contributions towards Jennah's recovery, education and future academic endeavors will be greatly appreciated. We realize that God doesn't give us trials and tribulations that we cant bear. After this experience I hope her life experience becomes easier and as a parent I want to help remove as many obstacles from her path as possible.
