Help for Jamie and Verena

Dear friends,
We hope this finds you all well and flourishing amidst the various restrictions of the current world situation and hope that you have the opportunity to connect with the loved ones you might have not seen for a while.
Here is my story.....
… It was towards the end of August as Verena and I were carpentering on our future
tiny home that I just seemed to run out of gas.
I experienced days of fever, night sweats, extreme exhaustion.
Some days it was better, but most of September I spent in bed.
A month later I was diagnosed with an aggressive Large B-Cell Lymphoma,
and due to some complications spent 8 days at UW Hospital in Seattle.
As I just had my third chemotherapy I am basically not able to go back to work,
tree pruning and carpentry, for about 6 months after treatment.
The load of financially supporting both of us falls to Verena,
who also is taking care of most of our needs as well.
In order to make it through the winter we are in need of financial support.
Our savings have gone into building the tiny house, which is mostly on hold for now.

Much gratitude for your gift of love and for your thoughts and prayers and thank you for joining us
in reaching our initial GoFundMe goal of $6000,
so that we can pay the rent, food, and some of the medical bills, which have started to arrive.
(Thanks to those of you who have already sent some help our way.)

Whatever you can give to support us will make a huge difference.
We are forever grateful to have you in our lives.
Much Love
Jamie and Verena
