Hi,

My friend Jake was knocked down outside my house a week ago. I was there and helped the best I could. He was badly hurt and taken to London by the air ambulance. He has had an operation and is being well looked after. I am going to cycle along the South coast the same distance Jake travelled in the air ambulance (43 miles). The money I raise will be split between the Air Ambulance and helping Jake with what he needs.
