Help for Jager after being viciously attacked

This fundraiser is for Jamie and her beloved dog, Jager, who was viciously attacked by a large bullmastiff last weekend. The owners of the aggressive dog were nowhere to be found, leaving Jamie and a friend to fight off the bullmastiff before rushing Jager to the emergency vet clinic.

The attack left Jager with more than 100 stitches and severe wounds on his hind leg, stomach, and hip, with a lot of his flesh missing. Jager underwent three hours of emergency surgery and has since required a second surgery due to the substantial injuries he sustained. He is now visiting the vet clinic daily for the care and attention he needs during his long and slow recovery. Although he has received exceptional care from his veterinary team, his road to recovery is still long and uncertain.

The vet has warned that due to the severity of his injuries, Jager's skin may not regenerate properly, and he could require a skin graft. Jager's wounds require careful monitoring and daily treatment, making his recovery a slow and challenging process.

The veterinary bills continue to mount, and the financial and emotional burden is overwhelming. Despite this, Jamie remains committed to giving Jager the best possible care and ensuring he has everything he needs to heal and regain his strength.
