Help for Hunter and her family

UPDATE:
My name is Tiffany. My niece was hit by a car on September 20th. She had to be air lifted to Johnson City, Tennessee She was in a coma for 2 weeks. She has brain trauma which has caused her to have delayed speech, slowed her ability to process new information, damaged her short term memory, and caused her to lose some motor skills.
Hunter is now in rehab in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was flown there to save her healing body from a long trip. She is trying to relearn how to walk, move her hands, speak and think more quickly. She still has a long road ahead of her with physical therapy and occupational therapy.
Her mother is staying at the hospital with her and is unable to work. Her father is working and staying at home to take care of her brother. Her father is traveling to see her whenever he can.
Once Hunter can leave inpatient rehab her journey in only half over. They live at least an hour away from any outpatient rehab. They also need equipment to make their home handicapped friendly. She will also need round the clock supervision to prevent her from reinjuring herself.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thank you all.
