Hello, my name is Jon Ellinghouse and I am fundraising for Howard Barnes. Howard is a wonderful, kind-hearted family man who has been a parent in my high school football program for years. I have always known him to be very supportive and caring towards me and my coaching staff. I was compelled to be supportive of him in his time of need because he is a great man, and has been a positive person in my life. Howard has been fighting cancer successfully for 10 years now. When I met Howard he was in remission and doing well. Recently, the cancer has returned and unfortunately spread. He is in a fight for his life. He has treatments he needs several times a week, and the cost of those treatments has begun to take a major toll on him and his family. A single treatment costs $850, and he needs them to stay alive. He has exhausted his finances and needs our help. Howard is such a great man, and if you have seen him lately you can tell he is in a fight. Let's help support him. Howard's son is one of the best young men I have ever met and I would love to help him as well. He shows up every day with a smile on his face, let's help keep it there!
