Hello everyone! My name is Cheryl and appealing for your assistance/support.

My hometown, Hinundayan, Southern Leyte in the Philippines is severely damaged by Typhoon Odette/Rai.  This town is a fifth class municipality (poor in terms of revenues) and peoples’ main livelihood are farming and fishing. Not only most of them have damaged homes, a lot of them also lost lost their crops and their main source of income.

My town-mates are needing help with their basic necessities i.e. food, water and also if possible, tarpaulins( trapal)  in order protect their damaged roofs/homes from elements (rain/heat).

My goal is to  raise the funds, then, I will request/coordinate with other town-mates who are not directly affected by the typhoon to help with logistics and manpower.

Any amount will be a major help to our brothers and sisters in need.
