Help for Heather's Flood Damage

My name is Monica, and I am here to find help for my best friend of 23 years, Heather, who just made a very courageous move for an amazing job opportunity 6 hours from her home in WI. She was so excited for this move and even more so to purchase her first home with her two boys. Just as she was settling into her new home with her two boys, a devastating flood caused extensive damages.
