Help for Heat and Utilities

This is one of the hardest things we have ever had to do. This is the source for our heating and cooling system.  We have replaced the compressor, and other components over the past eight years.  Unfortunately now the time has come that it neither cools or heats.  
We are unable to afford a unit and its installation.  This is difficult for us but we are asking for assistance in meeting this need.  We appreciate any help.  Thank you and blessings to you all.
