Help For Harrison that was diagnosed with Leukemia
Donation protected
My name is Greg O"Day and I am writing this on behalf of my 6 year-old Grandson, Harrison Conner, and his entire family.
On January 2nd 2020 He was taken into the Hospital ER with a high fever and belly pains. He was admitted that night because of very concerning blood work.
Within hours he was Life Flight'ed to Pittsburgh Children's Hospital
Over the last 24 hours we learned that Harrison has been diagnosed with leukemia.
At this time we are not sure what Type he has but I will update when results come back.
It’s impossible to know at this time what treatments or medications will or will not be covered by insurance. and resources that are needed to help ease worry about medical bills and expenses that are incurring from travelling and staying in Pittsburgh.
UPDATE! Today is Monday and he is starting Cemo and other treatment. He will be needing Bone Marrow transplant. He is happy and full of energy today. We are hoping that he will be aloud to come back home soon. But they will be making trips back to Children's Hospital every week and we don't know how many weeks this will be happening.
One thing is for sure, it is going to be a long journey. It will be emotionally and financially straining.
I am asking for support from the community to help us provide Harrison with everything he needs to win this fight against Leukemia.
Every penny raised will go to the Conner family to assist in getting them through this most difficult time.
Donations of any size, many prayers and sharing of this page with your networks of family and friends are all important ways that you can help.
