Help for Haley and our family

Hello everyone. As you all know by now the past 4+ years of our life has been tough with Haley getting a heart transplant back in September of 2013. We have been able to weather the storm but with the health of her heart declining, we have spent all but 12 days in the hospital since June 24th. She has been fighting so hard to get better, but it isn't happening. We were notified that she will need another transplant as soon as possible. As long as she's been hospitalized, a much lengthier stay is ahead of us. It's hard to ask for help, but we urgently need it to be able to be able to provide the help thats needed and not fall further behind. Thank you from our family to yours.
