My name is Jen, and I come to you with a request for help for my nephew, Gage Burton. Gage is a 26-year-old husband to Kenzie and Daddy to two amazing little boys, Logan and Ziggy. Gage was diagnosed with testicular cancer in January of this year. He had his first surgery and went through his first round of chemo. He is now scheduled for another surgery as his cancer has moved to his lymph nodes. He is now dealing with germ cell cancer. He will have some lymph nodes removed in his abdomen, around his kidneys. One of the markers that he has is not treatable with chemo. Therefore, possibly even more surgeries to come.

Gage has not been able to work since Feb 15th. Kenzie is working but struggles to keep up with daily life, kids, and the financial responsibilities of it all. As I'm sure many of you know, disability does not pay even half of the income you had before.

Gage has been so strong through all of this. He is such an inspiration to our whole family. I hate to see them struggle through all of this and wish there were more that I could do myself.
