Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,
With a heavy heart, I’m reaching out to ask for help for someone who means the world to me—my big brother. and by my beautiful sister-in-law and niece.
Recently, our lives were turned upside down when we received the devastating news that Frank has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. There are no words that can fully express the heartbreak we are feeling.
If you know him, you know that Frank is the kind of person who brings warmth into every room—usually with a plate of smoked ribs or pork butt in hand. He’s always been happiest outside by the grill, slow-smoking meat and feeding the people he loves. He finds joy in the little things: watching classic sci-fi marathons, playing videos games or D&D with the boys, writing jam sessions with his daughter and turning ordinary days with his wife into lasting memories.
This disease is cruel, and while we cannot change the outcome, we want to give him the best quality of life possible in the time he has left. Funds raised will go toward covering medical costs not covered by insurance, comfort care, transportation, hospital parking and any support that can ease his burden. Most importantly, we want to help him and his family create memories with loved ones and allow him to spend his remaining time with peace and dignity. He is a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a friend—and we want to provide every bit of comfort and love we can give him right now.
We understand times are very difficult for many, but if you’re able to contribute, no matter how small, it would mean the world to us. And if you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this campaign to help us spread the word.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, support, and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
With love and gratitude,
Marie-France Côté and family.
