Help for Farmers Keep
Farmers Keep, a local business in Philly owned by 3 friends many of us grew up with, had their restaurant destroyed last night as a result of the rioting that took place. Windows smashed, register iPads and Point Of Sale stolen, and the place looted. Josh, Tubby and Raptor poured their heart and soul into making that what it was. As a locally owned business, whose staff is African-American and Hispanic, Josh kept the business opened by hand delivering food 7 days a week, taking no pay for himself, even though he has a family and little children at home. Working over 12 hour shifts every day to keep the business afloat, and employees with income. Josh Tubby and Raptor built this business from the ground up, to supply healthy food to anyone interested, during the pandemic, at drastically decreased pricing.
I am trying to raise money for them to purchase new equipment (register, iPads, POS, windows, etc).
Anything will help. These aren't strangers from a corporation. These are our neighbors and friends. They were there for us when we needed them...now it's our turn.
