Jordan and I are new parents and his mother was recently hospitalized. She had a series of multiple small strokes back to back in her vehicle Wednesday morning. After she was sent in an ambulance to the emergency room. We rushed from our home in Georgia to New Smyrna Florida. When we arrive they were moving her to the ICU. Her heart was having a problem which sent signals to her brain invoking the stokes, which later cause brusing on her brain and causing small bleeds we seen her it was rough she was twitching and unresponsive with her eyes closed. We went home and rested praying for better news in the morning. We went the next morning to see her they had to place a tube in her throat to help her breathe she was still unresponsive we told her how much we love her and went to get lunch while she was getting a CT scan. We arrived back after lunch and talked with the doctor to find that her brain was swelling badly and they were life flighting her to a better hospital in Jacksonville Florida to drain the fluid in her brain and possibly place a tube in her heart we watched her fly away and surrounded her bed to pray. She has 4 children 25,20,17, and 14 and an 8 month old granddaughter whom she loves dearly. Friends and family are helping the three children currently in her household. But her oldest son Jordan has taken time off work due to having to make all of her medical decisions. He is standing beside her while trying to keep it together and take care of his daughter anything helps the hospital is an hour and a half away from our home and is determined to be there every day for her.
