Help after losing both parents to COVID-19

Hi everyone
As many of you may know, our parents, Reggis and Sarah Madzudzo, both passed away due to complications of COVID-19. The loss of both of our parents is truly devastating, and our lives are forever changed. This loss is not only felt emotionally, but one that creates an entirely new set of worries, challenges, and obstacles to overcome. I am currently caring for my 15 year old brother, RJ, and trying to make sense of the probate process regarding our parents estate. But unfortunately, all of these things require money I just don’t have.
Our Dad, Staff Sergeant Madzudzo was a medic with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 1st Battalion, 141st Infantry Regiment (First Texas Infantry), 36th Infantry Division, Texas Army National Guard, Headquartered in San Antonio, and had been assigned to the Task Force South COVID-19 mission at the time of his death. He was also a nurse for over 20 years, currently practicing at a VA hospital in Kerrville, TX.
Our Mom, Sarah was a hard-working mother and Army wife, who provided for her children while pursuing a nursing career. She practiced as a nurse for over 20 years, with experience in several fields. Including, but not limited to; OBGYN, surgical nursing, psychiatric, and home care. She was also a color street stylist, and had just started two remote positions in the nursing field, after slowly recovering from a car accident over the past 3 years.
Those of you who knew Sarah and Reggie, know that they were also devoted, loving parents. The gap this has left in our hearts will never be filled. Both of them will be missed deeply.
This memorial fundraiser will help alleviate some of the immediate expenses and provide for me and my brother. All money raised will go towards funeral costs, bills, food, and anything else we may need. Thank you for your prayers, thoughts, sympathies, and support during this unbelievably hard time.
