My name is Jacqueline Diamond. I lived at Mountain Village apartments for 4 years. I moved away 1 year ago but still considered the area my home.
I have started a go fund me for the families involved in Monday’s fire in Lynn valley at Mountain Village apartments.
We can come together as a community to help these families affected by this tragedy.
My heart goes out to all involved. Especially for the family that lost their mother and child. Narges And Sepehr were beautiful souls. I will always cherish the memories of my daughter sitting on your lap, at the pool, while you let her watch your phone. Most of all I will miss seeing your smiling face when I visited you in the IPARTY dollar store.
It warms my heart that our community, near and far, have this much support and love to share. It makes this tragedy a little bit more bearable for all involved.
I have decided once all the families have been identified and emailed me their names and which units they were in, I will write a cheque to each PERSON, I am the trustee of the account set up so I will be able to see where the money goes and have complete transparency for the public. 100% of the money withdrawn will be going to the families. I am not paying myself and I have no other employees. I AM DOING ALL THIS MYSELF because I hope people would do the same for me if this ever happened to my family ❤️
