Help During Emily’s Healing

As many of you have now heard, on Saturday September 15th, around 11:45pm, Emily answered her door and was unexpectedly greeted with multiple gunshots to her lower extremities.  The low-life that did this to her has not yet been found. In one moment her life and her children’s lives were forever altered. This will be a long, taxing recovery with these future surgeries in the days to come and they could really use some extra support during this time!
We appreciate all of the emotional support they have already received! We all know that Emily is STRONG and she is a FIGHTER. She was able to walk away from one almost fatal situation in the past, and with everyone’s support and love she will walk away from this one, too! This will be just one more hurdle she is going to make it over and she will be even stronger because of it!
We are very lucky that insurance will be covering the medical bills associated with this hospital stay and the surgeries. Any money donated will be used to help them financially with everyday bills and necessities while she heals. As updates about her health, as well as the case, become available I will post the updates here.
