Emily Hunt and her family

Donation protected
Emily Nicole Hunt, a 20-year-old nursing student from Andover, Ohio, is beginning treatment for Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia for the fourth time. Emily was first diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 7. Emily and her parents, Kim Monnolly and Kenny Hunt, and her sister Hanna, have endured 13 years of strife because of this horrible disease.

Emily will return to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in the summer of 2019 to receive a new trial immunotherapy treatment. Funds collected in this campaign will go far to help curb the costs of travelling back and forth from Northeast Ohio to Philadelphia for medical care. Everyday bills will continue to roll in, even though this family is putting their entire life on hold to fight for remission and Emily’s health.

For all of us who feel helpless in this battle, there is something we can do.

Please help to allow the family to focus solely on getting Emily better.

Together, we can relieve the burden of financial worry when they need it most. So many people have given so much over the years and the family is more grateful than you can imagine, but they need our help again.

Small acts can have a ripple effect. That’s how we change the world.

Thank you.
