Help for Elly

Hi, my name is Julie and this is my happy, playful, active Jack Russell terrier Elly.  She is my world! 4 days ago she started getting unsteady on her back legs, as of today she has no use of her back legs. She had an MRI on Monday 7/27 and has a large ruptured disc between her T12 and T13 vertebrae. She needs surgery.  I  was told by Elly's  neurologist That her chances of  recovery to the point of walking again at home  with strict bedrest  would be  50/50, with the  surgery,   her chances  are  90% full recovery if done on time.  I would do anything for her, but unfortunately I have no way of affording this operation. As all pet owners know veterinary bills are very expensive. I am humbly asking for help. Any amount would be helpful. ❤️

A little more about Elly-

Elly is a four year old Jack Russell Terrier. She loves to play ball, mostly keep away, not fetch. Loves to de-stuff stuffed toys to kill the squeaker! Loves long walks, LOVES the snow and also has dabbled in agility. She just can’t seem to figure out the weave polls. I think they slow her down too much!  Not to mention chasing her rag doll cat sister and guarding her mom and “her” house, especially when people walk by with another dog! How dare they?! And really loves snuggling under the covers with her favorite humans...
