I am making this fundraiser for my brother to help ease the burden for him. Unfortunately his son, our sweet Elijah Xavier Hansen, passed away unexpectedly on 11/2/21 at the age of 19. He went to sleep and never woke up. He died from a Gastrointestinal bleed where 2/3 of his blood went into his stomach. This also comes only a year and a half after his wife, Amanda, where her heart suddenly stopped and we were told she wouldnt make it. She was in a coma for 6 weeks and miraculously started recovering and came out of it with a brain injury. He is now out of work trying to grieve and cope the loss of his 19 year old son. Its taken a major toll on him emotionally and financially since he is the sole bread winner. Especially with the holidays just around the corner, its making it even worse. The expenses of the funeral, living expenses, and medical bills are piling up. So I wanted to reach out and ask for any help he can get. He didnt want any help and thought he would be able to handle everything on his own, but he is having a really hard time keeping it together. I thought I could try to relieve some of that burden by reaching out for help. Anything will help. Thank you and God bless.
