Hello family and friends of Ed (Eddie) Dolan, previously from Glendale CA, Hoover High School, and Disney Productions, more recently from Seattle and its recovery community.
We ask for your help to bring Ed back to health and ultimately even back to his hometown family in California. Ed had a recent two-week stay in the hospital; he is very sick with congestive heart failure and is struggling not only with the physical difficulties that accompany this irreversible health condition, but also with isolation, loneliness, and depression.
It is extremely difficult for Ed to get around town and conduct simple, normal daily tasks and errands - his legs get painfully swollen making walking impossible, and he often has trouble breathing. He recently lost a toe and had surgery on both feet because of it.
He could really use your help at this time. Your donations will be used for ongoing medical assistance and costly prescriptions, medical furnishings, and caregivers.
Financial help is the easiest form of assistance, and if you'd like to make a recurring monthly donation temporarily, please contact us with a message. Your connections and practical assistance are also quite welcome.
The situation with congestive heart failure is not reversible, but with loving hands-on help from his family ensuring proper diet, exercise, and positivity, Ed can lead a longer, happier life.
Loneliness is the devil. But we can all do something to alleviate that by making a small sacrifice to Ed’s wellbeing right now. I urge us all to band together in Ed’s time of need. If we all help just a little, it will equal a lot. Thank you for considering!
