Help for Donna and John: their home is gone

This is my friend Donna and Johns house in Bundanoon which burnt in the Morton fire in the Southern Highlands.

To make matters worse this photo on the news is how they first saw the damage as they still have not been allowed back home. 

There are no words to express the shock they must be in.  Everything gone, everything! 
Where do you even start? 

Eventually insurance will assist in rebuilding but they could use help now to find accomodation and buy the essentials while they figure it all out.
