help for doggie , Waya

My dog Waya recently injured her leg. I took her to the vet it turns out she tore her ACL. She's a bigger dog , she weighs about 60 pounds so the recommended procedure is called a TLP0. That equates to a knee replacement. It's very expensive, and my finances right now are very bad due to some other life circumstances as well as my own health issues. I hate to ask for help, makes me feel like a failure especially from strangers perhaps but I'm really left with no choice . My dogs well being is more important than my pride . Waya is my best friend and it kills me to see her suffer. She's a super friendly dog and super playful and active so restricting her movement is difficult and unpleasant for her. If anybody feels they would like to help I would really appreciate it, And so would Waya . thank you
