Help for doctors and medical workers in Kyrgyzstan

COVID-19 RELIEF IN KYRGYZSTAN
We are an Action group called “Daryger”, which means “a doctor” in Kyrgyz language. Our initiative is to fundraise money for Kyrgyzstan's healthcare system, doctors and medical workers in particular.
The hospitals all over the country are full of sick people due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Doctors are fighting the pandemic all by themselves. Currently working doctors and medical personnel are in strong need of in-kind support.
The situation is getting worse day by day. There are 457 medical workers with COVID-19. There are 1247 people being sick with pneumonia outside the hospitals. 2480 are sick with COVID-19 staying at home and 750 are at the hospital. There is a lack of medical workers because many of them are getting sick every day. As well as more and more sick people outside the hospitals and our country is seeking for more medical help. That is why we want to support our doctors and medical workers.
The initiative consists of providing our vulnerable medical workers with the food supplies, transportation, hazmat suits and other personal protective equipment as well as providing doctors with all necessary medical equipment like lung ventilation apparatus. We also want to help doctors with babysitting their children while they are working.
We already have two projects that we are putting in work right now :
Ensuring medical personnel with transportation.
We are seeking volunteers who have a car and are able to drive medical workers to the hospitals and back home.
Telegram and WhatsApp channels with online doctor’s help and consultations.
Our team consists of 4 coordinators and 60 volunteers. Aisha Sultanbekova is a coordinator of the initiative. The other coordinators are Aizada Sadykova and Malike Alenova.
Our country is in danger of failing to handle the pandemic, so we seek for donations and your help.
