Help for Derick Martin and His Family in this Tragic Time

Hi everyone, I’m Janice Martin, Derick Martin’s wife. I’m hosting this fundraiser for my husband as an emergency for our family in this dire time. My husband was diagnosed with B-ALL leukemia in April of this year. He was going to all his regular chemo treatments, and this past week he caught a cold, and it got worse as the days went by to the point where he caught RSV and pneumonia. He went into septic shock late last night, and they do not believe he is going to make it. They said the words I always watched happen in movies that I dreaded ever hearing, and that’s to prepare for the end. His lungs, heart, and kidneys failed during septic shock, and they’ve maxed out on antibiotics and meds, and he is on life support now.

If there is anything that you can give to help us prepare for this tragic reality and support in any way that you can, we’d appreciate it. Prayers and words of encouragement are definitely welcomed as well.
