Cowboy Jim Reneau has never been one to withhold kindness, and now comes a time where he can use some in return. He has been diagnosed with cancer and is receiving hospice care. Though his nurses are wonderful, they can only visit a few days a week. Cowboy hopes to live out his final days at home, and his care will require more time than is afforded by his insurance.
