Help for Connie Boykin
Donation protected
Kendall R. Boykin Sr. passed away peacefully October 30th after a rare condition called Creutzfeld- Jakob disease that rapidly progressed over the last month and leaving him comatose for the past 3 weeks. He is survived by his wife Connie who celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary by his side in the hospital last week, 4 children; son Kendall Jr and daughter-in-law Kimberly Boykin and their daughter Addison, daughter Amanda Boykin Kennedy and son-in-law Shawn Kennedy and their children Kenny, Peyton, and Tristan, son Clinton and daughter-in-law Allison Boykin and their children James and Zoey, and son Donald Boykin.
Connie and Kendall had just sold their Keys home they raised their family in after hurricane Irma damaged it and moved into a travel trailer to explore the country before he was struck ill with this horrific condition that puzzled medical personnel and required weeks of hospitalization and testing before diagnosing. Obviously this has caused extreme hardship for the family who is only beginning to mourn and heal. Connie will have medical and unforeseen expenses coming with only her income now.
All donations will go directly to Connie Boykin to assist her with finances and life changes that she will be making. Details for services will be shared once confirmed.
