This is Chevy, my kids dog. He was hit by truck and it crushed his top and bottom jaw. I rushed him to the vet Dec. 1st, promising my babies I would have him takin care of and bring him home again, not realizing how bad of shape he was really in. His vet here is unable to fix him. He needs to see a surgeon in Saint Louis and could have mutiple proceedures. Being a single mother of 3, u could imagine how spare money is even with a decent job. I just ask for some of you to have a heart and help me keep my promise.
