My rabbits Chandler and Phoebe both need surgery. Chandler’s leg popped out (not an uncommon occurrence in rabbits), and requires an FHO surgery to repair it, which at the low end is $2,350. Not including medications and other materials for recovery. Phoebe is one month old, she was surrendered to me in the condition she was in - with a fractured back leg as well as an eye infection. She will need to have her leg amputated.
Covid has left me nearly penniless, unable to get on unemployment despite my best efforts, and without work. I am finding odd jobs here and there, but I am surviving on fumes.
These bunnies mean THE WORLD to me and have kept me going through the really tough times. They make me smile, give me much needed snuggles, and generally just infect me with happiness. All I want is for them to be healthy. They’re such good bunnies, and I am working every day to give them their best lives. They’re my babies and I love them so much.
I would be so appreciative of anything you can give. Thank you thank you thank you.
