As many of you are aware, a tragic event occurred on the evening of January 18, 2026, when a young Indigenous man, Bronson Paul of Neqotkuk First Nation, was shot and killed by a police officer.

Bronson leaves behind his loving partner Jessica and several children, whose lives have been forever changed by this devastating loss. This tragedy should never have happened.

We are asking for support to help Bronson’s family cope during this incredibly difficult time and in the months ahead. Donations will go toward immediate needs and ongoing support as the family navigates their grief, healing, and uncertainty.
