Helping Brent 30 year old living with cirrhosis

Hi everyone my name is Brent Oversby i am a 30 year old guy who has been living with cirrhosis of the liver since i was 19. I am now a stage 4 (end stage) patient with childs pugh C and a MELD score of 24 giving me an average of 20% life expectancy in the next year. I have done everything possible to get myself healthy so i can become a candidate for a transplant and see the transplant team next month to see if i get listed so heres hoping . I am struggling really bad at the moment with bills rent medication getting to and from appointments etc. and im only on $530 a fortnight from disability pension. I am asking from the bottom of my heart for any help any donations to help get me through this really tough patch of my life iv always stayed mentally strong but im feeling like alot is getting on top of me and i want to survive. I have lost 2 friends i met through cirrhosis page who are just older than me and it would devastate my fiancee for me to have fought this hard this long for nothing.
