Help for Brandon Molder
Donation protected
Thursday evening on April 18th 2019, my boyfriend Brandon Molder was in a horrific motorcycle accident. That evening his parents got the heart sinking phone call that no parent ever wants to get, that their son was in critical condition and without knowing any more information they made that three hour drive from Reno to Chico. During that long scary night there was a lot of waiting and a lot of not knowing what his outcome was going to be. Brandon has suffered major injuries throughout his whole body literally from head to toe. Breaking several bones in his foot, ankle, clavicle, ribs, punctured lung, fracturing parts of his skull, tearing all his knee ligaments and dislocating it, he’s got two surgeries down so far and has more to come. We are so incredibly thankful that Brandon is okay, he is facing a very long road to recovery and is not able to go back to his job that he loves so much firefighting for Cal Fire in June this wildfire season. As you could probably imagine his medical bills will not be cheap and without working he faces a challenge of paying for basic needs, like rent/gas/food/medicine etc. Not only is physical therapy going to be tough but the emotional and mental challenges of not having his body strength and the independence of his life that he’s so used to having. He’ll be missing out on being able to hike and run with our 2 active dogs and play chuck it ball at the park like we love to do. Any donation big or small to get Brandon back up on his feet during this hectic time is greatly appreciated from Brandon, his family, and me. Thank you for your generosity and your time for reading our story.
