Thank you for all the support you’ve given to Michelle and Brad. Please continue to pray for them as Brad goes in for back surgery next week, Michelle is recovering from an abdominal surgery, her foot continues to heal, and their little one is growing well. It’s a GIRL!!  We are so grateful for your support and prayers! 

Hi, my name is Nichole, and I’m fundraising for my sister, Michelle and her husband, Brad.

Michelle and Brad are newlyweds and best

friends. They are expecting their first baby

after the new year!! They couldn’t be more thrilled! However, on June 4, 2022, their plans for the future drastically changed. While staying at a friend’s house in Deep Creek, MD, Michelle was riding in a side by side ATV and going on a calm ride. Unfortunately that ATV tipped over on her. She was buckled in so she didn’t fall out of the vehicle, but somehow the accident caused her a great deal of road rash and it (graphic warning) ripped off the back half of her right foot. An ambulance had to take her and hour away to a trauma center in West Virginia. So far she has had 2 surgeries, and she will need many more to repair and rebuild her foot. Her doctors plan to let the baby grow more before performing more surgical repairs. In the meantime she is heading home soon with a home care nurse coming to care for her foot.

Many of you know that Michelle is a bar tender at Casa Mia’s Pioneer Pub. She is a hard worker who is on her feet all day. With this injury she is going to miss quite a bit of work. In August, Brad is scheduled to have a much needed back surgery which will take him out of work for a while. All of this is going to be a huge financial burden for them.

Michelle and Brad are both very hardworking people who would do anything for their friends. I would be so grateful If you would consider donating to this go fund me. Money will be put toward their incoming medical bills for Michelle’s unplanned for foot surgeries. We don’t want them to start off their parenthood in major debt with medical bills. We want them to start 2023 healthy and able to enjoy their new little girl or boy.
