Help for bellas operation for front left arm nerves

Hi my name is Lisa my dog is Bella last Saturday my dog was running she fell very badly she has injured her nerves under her arm pits her leg is dead but she can feel it.she needs a scan and operation vets in Chalton ate saying it be up to 4000 please if you can could you help some towards it I be so grateful I'm worried sick she is 4 years 6 months we are trying to get money towards it its so hard.she is so depressed she's so sad which is making things so hard.she desperately needs scan and operation please if you can help it means so much I can send pictures and after get vet report.
