Help for Bailey’s Next Steps
Donation protected
Just days ago, there was a terrible fire at St. Joseph’s Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. It’s a nonprofit urban farm where our daughter, Bailey, has been living and working. The beautiful, historic building housed the offices, living quarters for volunteer workers, and studios for local artists. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, and all of the livestock and acres of farmland were spared! Sadly, Bailey has been displaced, and all of her belongings remain in the building with likely smoke and water damage. She has secured a new job at Zion National Park and will leave for Utah in the next week or so, but it’s unlikely that she’ll be able to recover her belongings before then. Once the farm’s insurance adjusters finish their part, they have to wait for engineers to determine the structural integrity of the building before anyone is allowed inside. We’re raising finds to help Bailey get to Utah, recover/replace her belongings, and ship her salvageable items to her. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
