Support the Nassar’s with Funeral Expenses

Jenn and George are the parents of 6-month-old beautiful Maya, diagnosed with Full Trisomy 18. Their daughter urgently needs heart surgery to close her Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). After applying to multiple hospitals and facing denial, CHOP hospital in Philadelphia has agreed to perform the surgery. However, time is of the essence, as Maya is at high risk of developing pulmonary hypertension.

Despite their efforts, their insurance provider, Anthem, has denied coverage for her heart procedure that could save her life three times. While the surgery has been approved, the inpatient stay has not, despite multiple efforts on the family and doctors behalf.

The surgery is impeartive for Maya, and her diagnosis does not define her. Her parents wre struggling to find a way to convince the insurance company to approve her urgent surgery.
