Those of you who know Katie, know that she was recently blessed with this beautiful baby boy, Kane. Although, it was unexpected, with little time to prepare Katie has adjusted and prepared and been the best mother. 
Unfortunately, Kane is not doing very well right now. Yesterday, he had to be life-flighted to Stanford Children's Hospital. We do not have a lot of details right now and as we receive more information I will keep you all updated. That being said, Katie is really going to need our help regarding medical bills, and potential after care of baby Kane.
Katie never thought it was possible for her to even carry children, so Kane has truly been a blessing to her life. He is the sweetest baby boy, so happy, all of the time. 
I ask that you help this family get through this difficult time. This has been such a difficult year for us all, but no one should have to go through this stress with their child. I ask that in the spirit of Christmas, and a hope for a better year, you help my friend Katie who has become more like a sister and is honestly one of the best people I have ever met.
