Hi, my name is Maribelle and I am asking for your help in supporting the Arredondo family. Baby Adan my Grandson was born on November 26th and has been in the NICU since. He has been unable to breathe, on his own. After numerous tests genetic testing has determined that he has CCHS. This is an extremely rare condition that requires continuous ventilation. This is by a ventilator that will be monitored 24 hours per day. Baby Adan will undergo tracheostomy surgery this Wednesday. This is a hole the surgeon will make in his windpipe in order to allow Baby Adan to breathe. This has been a very difficult time for the entire family and they need your help as both mom and dad have not been able to work and will have to be trained as caregivers to baby Adan. They will require nursing at home help with the enormous costs associated with this life changing event.
